GRADE: RSC SALARY: £25,081 rising to £29,506 per annum after 6 months ROLE TYPE: On site HOURS: 35 per week

We are looking for a Station Supervisor manage our station team, to support our customers as they travel through our stations. This role will be a General Purpose Relief role and will cover both Bolton and Salford Crescent.

About the role:

As a Station Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the station. Your responsibilities include supervising the platform and dispatch teams, maintaining service standards and prioritising customer needs.
Your day to day activities will be varied, but will also include the following:

• Coordinating information in times of service disruption
• Monitoring station cleanliness
• Accident, near miss and incident reporting
• Out of hours rostering
• Supervision of customer service and lost property recovery activities
