Join us at Eden House, a designated Approved Premises (AP) for up to 26 women, supported by a specially trained all-women workforce! Youll provide support for women either returning to the community after serving time in prison or who have been given a residential requirement as part of a community sentence.

Were looking for a Key Worker to work directly with our residents; from delivering group activity sessions to meeting them regularly on a one-to-one basis. Youll determine the support and actions required to progress their re-integration back into the community.

We need your excellent communication skills and empathetic ability to create and maintain effective working relationships with our residents, colleagues, and external agencies. Risk assessment and management skills will also be greatly received, and youll need to be assertive enough to exercise authority and reinforce boundaries with our residents where necessary.

Our successful candidate will ideally have worked with women in a residential setting or have experience working within the criminal justice sector. However, we appreciate that not everyone can tick every single box, so were looking for someone who has experience of working with a diverse range of people from a variety of backgrounds and circumstances.

In return for your dedication, knowledge, and commitment, were offering a competitive salary of £24,650 - £29,000 per annum (dependent on experience) with these great benefits:

  • Deliver a range of programmes and activities
