Online Sales Co-ordinator

The Online Sales Assistant is responsible for listing items on E-Bay, Amazon, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and other marketplaces and maximising the sales proceeds of the items. You also have responsibility to ensure the prompt and safe despatch of items.

Responsibilities

● Pack and dispatch orders received via Online website, telephone, Amazon and eBay plus other marketplaces;

● Liaise with Royal Mail / couriers to book in and prepare items for collection;

● Respond to routine customer enquiries via e-mail and telephone;

● Identify non-routine customer enquiries and escalate as appropriate;

● Handle all returns, organising replacements or refunds as necessary, and keep accurate records of items returned or lost in transit;

● Manage stock levels and adjust pricing using in-house electronic stock-control systems;

● Order stock from suppliers;

● Maintain a tidy and well-organised stock storage system;

● Identify new product lines;

● Monitor listings and take action on under-performing product lines;

● Unpack, check and upload new stock to electronic stock-control system;

● Liaise with suppliers regarding missing/damaged items or returns;

● Liaise with suppliers regarding warranty claims.

Skills/ Education/ Experience

● has a good eye for detail and accuracy;

● Must be passionate about online sales, good knowledge of online platforms is must

● possesses excellent literacy and numeracy skills;

● really cares about customer service;

● can use their initiative;

● has drive, enthusiasm and a "can do attitude".

● Knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel and Outlook

Degree in a relevant field is required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £29,000.00-£31,500.00 per year
