Position Overview Support the Home/Lifestyle Buying & Planning Team with operations to establish the optimum commercial cross channel assortment for related brands/regions, whilst maximizing the financial plan and respecting the category/brand objectives and direction. *This role is a 12 month fixed term contract* Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Individual accountabilities
    • Assort, price and forecast the line
    • Maintain the line in the IT system
    • Order & track samples orders
    • Track business performance weekly (SI, SO, GM,…)
    • Benchmark decisions against competition & broader market landscape
    • Prepare & present the assortment at to cross functional partners
  • Shared accountabilities
    • Define seasonal assortment needs upfront & share with Global Merchandising teams
    • Contribute to brand elevation both on qualitative and quantitative point of view
    • Participate/initiate business development projects
    • Manage special order floor deliveries for Home floor changes and installation timelines
Experience, Skills & Knowledge

Experience, Skills & Knowledge:

  • Office package knowledge
  • International (work / study)
  • 2 or more full strategic cycles as a Buying Assistant or similar role
  • Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus
  • Concrete passion for Diversity & Inclusion values
  • Excitement about team work and straight talk
